Our training programs are systematic and disciplined which means that users come away from their initial training session well-informed and comfortable using the database. Due to the user-friendly design and intuitiveness of the CorpLink database, first time users are able to navigate and be productive using the database after only one half day of training.

Training is provided by knowledgeable Solutions Consultants. Our consultants possess an in-depth knowledge of the database backed by real-world experience. Our Solutions Consultants have experience working as senior clerks and can therefore relate to and understand the workflow requirements in a corporate department. During the training sessions, our solutions consultants may make suggestions on how to improve your work practices, and will also take down your suggestions for improvements/enhancements that you might like to see in subsequent CorpLink releases. Most importantly, we believe in establishing strong partnerships with our clients during our training sessions, emphasizing responsiveness and flexibility to ensure that all of our clients’ needs and expectations are met.
