• Document coding your firm’s precedent documents for use within the CorpLinkapplication and
• Data Entry of all of your existing corporate records into the database providedby our team of knowledgeable corporate law clerks.

Our law clerks have extensive experience and familiarity with corporate documentation and the CorpLink database. Upon receipt of your requirements as they pertain to either of these services, we will be happy to provide a formal quotation on the cost of the services. Many of our clients have utilized these services and have benefited greatly, for they are able to immediately start using their database to the fullest, right from day one.

Data entry may be performed from Corporate Summary Reports or Corporate Minute Books directly into your CorpLink database. CorpLink will be pleased to provide you with a quotation for this service based on a sampling of 20 of your corporate records.
