Option 2: Entrepreneurs: top
We understand that you are interested in incorporation, NUANS and/or small business registration. Two options are available to you as you begin your journey towards becoming an entrepreneur.
Online/Self-Service Option: You will register your small business or incorporate your company through our website using your credit card. Our Wizard will provide you with your business start-up options and will guide you through the registration process online. In order to help you track your transactions and return to them for future reference, you will need to create a profile on Cyberbahn. Full Service Support: If you prefer us to take care of your business set up processes, contact our full service department. Option 3: One Time Users: top
You require access to corporate information (listing of directors\officers, registered office address, certificates of status) or you are interested into changing corporate information on an existing business entity. Two options for obtaining this information are available:
Online/Self-Service: You need to create a profile through our website which will enable you to track your transactions and return to them for future reference. Payments for these transactions are handled via credit card – but there is no registration fee if you just wanted to look around.
• To create a profile, please review the Subscriber Agreement / Privacy Policy prior to completing your on-line application.
• No credit card information will be collected at this registration phase;
• Cyberbahn accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express;
• Set up your account at any time throughout the day however processing of searches/e-filing transactions is conducted during our regular hours of operation only;
